Typically 5 days in the office with core hours flexible between 8am‑6pm.
The Role
As a Buyer – Womenswear (Sportswear focus) – you will develop a commercially successful product range by building strong relationships with suppliers and analysing data to plan across all categories. Collaboration with designers and merchandisers is key. Utilizing product technology and sourcing functions, you will create outstanding products, optimise online sales with tone of voice, imagery, and other tools, and liaise with the Marketing team for campaigns and e‑commerce shoots within department budgets. You will manage the critical path for product development and selection, quickly identify new product opportunities, and provide effective team management, resource delegation, and motivation.
What You’ll Take On
Join a newly formed team at a time of significant growth. You will be responsible for planning and buying the product, delivering agreed KPIs for sales, markdown and profit. The role is based in the Enderby office, Leicester.
