We are seeking an experienced and driven Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join a leading organisation within the metals and manufacturing sector. The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
* Lead the deployment of all HSE strategies, policies, and programmes.
* Collaborate with senior management to ensure regulatory compliance and best practice.
* Oversee governance audits, incident investigations, and compliance reporting.
* Drive cultural change through proactive employee engagement and shop floor presence.
* Represent the company in communications with regulatory bodies.
* Deliver effective HSE training and coaching across all levels of the workforce.
Key Requirements
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent postgraduate OH&S qualification).
* 5+ years in a management-level HSE role.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
* Experience in process safety and high-hazard industries is desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
