Lead the electrical design team, brainstorming and implementing innovative solutions for vehicles. Design electrical systems from scratch, both on-car (harnesses, sensors) and off-car (control units). Be a troubleshooting whiz, diagnosing and fixing electrical faults with lightning speed. Craft clear and concise production drawings and documentation for flawless installations. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless part and vehicle integration. The ideal candidate: You hold a degree in Motorsport or Electronic Engineering (or something equally impressive). You have extensive automotive electrical systems. Communication protocols like CAN, LIN, and Ethernet are second nature to you. You're a computer whiz with a knack for MS Office. (Bonus points for Zuken E3 experience) You can thrive in a fast-paced environment, switching between independent work and team collaboration. Willingness to travel and support cars during events is a plus.
