Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor for an immediate start across London and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity working on a variety of rail infrastructure projects, including station upgrades, platform works, and associated civils packages.
The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civils teams on live rail projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising site operatives and subcontractors on rail civils projects
Overseeing station upgrade and platform works
Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with Network Rail standards
Managing daily site activities, permits, and briefings
Conducting toolbox talks and maintaining site records
Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients
Monitoring quality, productivity, and programme deadlines
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all timesRequirements
Valid PTS certification
Previous experience supervising rail civils works
Strong knowledge of station and platform projects
SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
Good communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence preferredWhat’s on Offer
