Senior Product Manager – Shaping the Future of Colleague Experience at Evri
Ready to lead products that shape how tens of thousands of people work every single day?
At Evri, we’re not just delivering parcels – we’re transforming how a modern logistics organisation operates from the inside out. As the UK’s leading consumer delivery specialist, we’re evolving into a truly product‑centric, people‑powered organisation, enabled by data, AI and technology.
Join us as a Senior Product Manager – Colleague Experience, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how over 12, colleagues and 30, couriers interact with our systems, tools and ways of working. This role sits at the heart of our Organisation of the Future vision, redefining how people and technology work together to drive performance, engagement and growth.
This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across People, Operations, Technology and Commercial to deliver meaningful, scalable change.
This is a remote role with travel when required.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Product Manager at Evri, you’ll own and lead complex, high‑impact colleague products from discovery through to delivery and evolution. You’ll combine strong product thinking, colleague insight and data‑driven decision‑making to shape strategy, prioritise roadmaps and deliver outcomes that improve how work gets done at scale.
You’ll act as a subject matter expert for the colleague experience domain, working closely with engineering, design, data and operational teams, while also coaching and supporting Product Managers within your area.
Your focus will be on creating intuitive, connected and empowering experiences that remove friction, reduce reliance on “heroics”, and enable colleagues to perform at their best every day.
