This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for building the sales operation from the ground up, winning instructions, growing market share, and recruiting and managing a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will have strong local market knowledge, proven valuation and negotiation skills, and the drive to establish a successful presence in a competitive London market.
