We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in the West Midlands Regional area within HMP settings.
This is a great time to join HMP Oakwood, HMP Featherstone, and HMP Brinsford as an ACP. Initially, you will be based at these three sites, with travel to an additional seven sites around the West Midlands in the future.
If you're interested in developing into an ACP role, we can support this progression.
You will be based in the Regional Hub Office at Oakwood and must be a car driver.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Salary:
This full-time position offers an annual salary up to £53,755 - £58,000 FTE, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing and managing wide-ranging and complex patient problems with sound judgment
* Providing clinical leadership for the mental health team, which includes various registered and non-registered professionals such as mental health and substance misuse practitioners
* Acting as a role model by maintaining professional appearance and standards
* Supporting senior clinicians on-site and contributing to daily leadership and patient care
* Ensuring patient safety, managing complex cases, and applying the latest treatment methodologies

Qualifications required:
* Registered Nurse - Adult Mental Health with current NMC registration or Registered Paramedic with current HCPC registration
* Independent/supplementary prescriber qualification (not essential)
* MSc in Advanced Practice
* Experience working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner following best practice guidance
Experience in hospital, community, or prison environments is advantageous but not essential.
