Job Overview
This role delivers hard FM service delivery, monitors supply chain services, maintains accurate asset base in MAXIMO, develops engineering staff, ensures safety, provides out of hours cover and engages in management communication.
Responsibilities
* Monitor service quality against service level agreements, contractual specifications and KPI agreements.
* Maintain accurate asset base in MAXIMO and develop engineers to tackle reactive tasks and planned preventative maintenance.
* Ensure engineers are qualified, aware of risks, and maintain a safe working environment.
* Provide out of hours engineering cover and participate in management meetings and team briefs.
* Act as first level in staff disciplinary matters and absence handling, maintaining proper documentation.
* Maintain planned preventive maintenance schedules and update status for Operations/Deputy Facilities Manager and customers.
* Audit processes for consistency, apply best practice, and capture hard FM platform improvements.
* Assist with staff recruitment, induction training, and uphold company values.

External
* Site based staff and FM team (customers).
Internal
* Other M&E managers working as part of the team to manage the supply base and ensure consistent operational delivery.
* Contractors managing service delivery into contract.
Qualifications
* Site specific specialist training as identified by the contract.
Experience
* 5-10 years of experience in a related role.
* Project Management knowledge.
* Environmental, Quality & Safety awareness.
* Operational health & safety delivery.
* Technical competencies: Edition 18, Electrical Engineering, CDM regulations (2015), IOSH managing safely, Legionella Control (L8).
