Our mission is to enhance customer experiences through innovative ventilation design and solutions.\n\nJob Profile:\n\nWe are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise the supply chain operations across two manufacturing sites, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, information, and products from suppliers (UK, Europe, and Far East) to the production facility.\n\nThis role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing innovative systems and processes, and aligning supply chain strategy with overall business objectives.\n\nThe Supply Chain Manager will champion cross-site coordination, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement to support high-quality, on-time production and customer delivery.\n\nAs the Supply Chain Manager your responsibilities will include:\n\nOversee and coordinate supply chain activities across both manufacturing sites\nLead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new supply chain systems and digital tools across both sites\nCollaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies (e.g., ERP upgrades, warehouse management systems, demand planning tools)\nDrive process re-engineering initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance data visibility\nChampion change management efforts by engaging stakeholders, delivering training, and ensuring adoption of new systems and processes\nMonitor post-implementation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine systems to meet evolving business needs\nMonitor and optimise inventory levels to balance cost and service levels\nCollaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods\nAnalyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement\nImplement supply chain strategies that align with business goals\nDrive continuous improvement initiativesExperience and Skills to be considered:\n\n5-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment\nCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) desirable but not essential\nProven track record of managing multi-site operations and coordinating cross-functional teams\nExcellent leadership and communication abilities and stakeholder management abilities\nExperience in managing a Far East supply chain is desirable\nImplementing new systems and digital tools\nManaging supplier relationships (UK, Europe, and Far East)\nKnowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability practices\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics toolsWhat we can offer you:\n\nCompetitive Salary\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nCompany pension\nEAP\nBoost Works discount platformYou can learn more about us on the volutiongroup plc website.\n\nEqual opportunities:\n\nAll current employees and potential employees are provided equal employment opportunities by Volution Group Plc.\n\nPlease Note:\n\nCandidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.\n\nPlease click the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.\n\nCandidates with the experience or relevant job titles of; Distribution Manager, Senior Supply Chain Officer, Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Supply Chain Planner, Manufacturing Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager may also be considered for this role
