You’ll also work closely with our dedicated volunteers.In this hands on, visitor facing role, you'll help support the welcome team with presentation and service standards whilst greeting visitors with a smile and helping to create unforgettable memories. You'll also be promoting the benefits of the National Trust membership and recruiting new members.Charterhouse sits within a wider free to access Heritage Park, incorporating a play area, open spaces, and walks alongside the River Sherbourne. Significant funding and restoration are planned for the Heritage Park which will eventually form a 2-mile walking and cycling loop from Charterhouse into Coventry city centre and back around.Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can.
