A fantastic opportunity has arisen for this training provider with offices located on the outskirts of Bradford, joining a small and busy team, the successful candidate will have 6-12 months administration experience and be looking for that next step in their career; a role that requires coordination and customer care support, this an all-encompassing role which will initially be office based and then hybrid after a successful probationary period. Key duties and responsibilities will include; Managing all inbound calls, dealing with enquiries Redirecting calls to colleagues and taking messages Managing the team inbox, responding to all queries in a timely manner Managing the coordination of course, dealing with all enquiries Liaising with external stakeholders Market research General administrative support This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team who can offer excellent training, support, and long-term development.
