Tradewind Recruitment is sourcing Teaching Assistants to support children with PMLD Needs in various schools in the Ashford area. These roles can be ad-hoc, temporary, or long-term positions. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children or young people with SEND is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families. Able to maintain a calm, patient, and adaptable approach in challenging situations. Comfortable supporting students with personal care needs, including toileting and feeding. Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and relevant education policies is a plus. Essential Requirements: Willingness to travel to Ashford and commute up to an hour if needed. A strong work ethic and a passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
