Polish Speaking Customer Service Agent

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm
12-month fixed-term contract
We are looking for a Polish speaking Customer Service Agent to proactively deliver excellent service to our customers. You will respond to customer enquiries, provide accurate information about products, and manage customer orders.
What will the role involve?
Processing orders & entering details into the eCommerce system
Responding to customer enquiries through email and phone
Supporting with delivery queries, also processing returns and refunds
Addressing complaints, concerns, and questions promptly and professionally
Liaising with couriers
Authorising credit notes
Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
Demonstrating and developing knowledge of product lines
Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teamsWho are we looking for?
Fully fluent in Polish and English
Previous customer service experience
