We are a new concept Japanese restaurant serving fresh sushi and grill. We choose to make good Japanese food affordable. Our mission is simple. We want to spoil all sushi lovers with high quality sushi, sashimi, crispy tempura and sizzling grill dishes in a relaxing atmosphere.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and assemble a variety of high quality sushi, sashimi, tempura, salad, and grilled dishes with precision.
* Cook Teppanyaki meals with flair and engage with guests at the grill.
* Expertly craft fresh salads dressings, and side dishes.
* Maintain strict compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. We will give comprehensive training and support.
* Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used.
* Ensure your workstation is clean, organized, and efficient.
* Collaborate effectively with all team members to deliver excellent customer service.
* Manage kitchen operations efficiently during service hours.
* Innovate and suggest new menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
* A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
* Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
* Foundational knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culinary techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation.
* Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Food safety certification is preferred.
* Passion for Japanese food and customer satisfaction.
