Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Team Manager to join its client’s LD & Autism team, based at Blackpool. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Oversee day‑to‑day workflow across the LD & Autism team, providing supervision, case direction, and quality assurance to ensure statutory duties, safeguarding thresholds, and Care Act responsibilities are consistently met Lead on complex, high‑risk, or escalated cases involving adults with learning disabilities and autism, offering professional guidance, chairing MDT discussions, and ensuring robust risk management, person‑centred planning, and legal compliance Drive service improvement through performance monitoring, audit activity, and practice development, embedding strengths‑based approaches and working collaboratively with health, commissioning, and provider partners Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you must have: Social Work England registration Eligibility to work in the UK A full UK driving licence Significant post‑qualified experience within Learning Disability and/or Autism services Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work Experience supervising staff and managing complex casework Benefits: Immediate start with an initial 3‑month contract Rare locum managerial opportunity Hybrid working arrangements Why Liquid Personnel?
