Position
Home Care Assistant (based in Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire).
Compensation & Hours
Base pay £13 per hour, mileage allowance £0.30 per mile, and travel time paid £12.71 per hour. Hours: 7:00‑2:00 and 3:00‑10:00.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Right to work in the UK – no applications from individuals requiring a Tier 2 sponsorship certificate.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a private vehicle.
* No prior care experience required – full paid training provided.
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high‑quality care.
* Reliable, honest team player with a positive attitude.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).
* Support medication administration and meal preparation.
* Help with light domestic tasks and grocery needs.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
Training and Development
