Position: Senior Telesales Executive
Location: Glasgow Office, 16 Lawmoor Road, Glasgow, G5 0UL
Job type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: £28,554.45 per annum plus on-target earnings (up to £400 per month)
About the role:
The Senior Telesales Executive will perform the same tasks as a Telesales Executive, with additional duties to support the effectiveness of the department and maintain high levels of customer service and sales potential. In the absence of the Telesales & Telemarketing Manager, the Senior Telesales Executive will supervise the Telesales team.
Responsibilities:
* Achieving Sales Targets: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals and quotas.
* Team Development: Provide training, coaching, and support to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
* Performance Monitoring: Review and analyse team performance metrics regularly.
* Motivation and Morale: Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
* Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards in all customer interactions.
* Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance sales processes and strategies.
* Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports to senior management and conduct monthly 1:1s with team members.
* Shift Coverage: Ensure all shifts are adequately covered, with flexibility to provide cover for absences, holidays, etc.
£28,554.45 per annum + target-related commission of up to £400 per month.
Experience:
Relevant previous experience in a similar role such as telesales, telemarketing, or prospecting is essential. You should be a confident administrator with a proven track record of meeting targets in a KPI-driven environment.
