We’re looking for hardworking individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers. What You’ll Do: As a Carecall Officer (CCO), you'll manage a patch of 200 customers. This includes keeping all customer records accurate and up to date by regularly contacting them and building relationships with your customers and their families. Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Answering calls and handling call-centre type queries related to customer wellbeing. Visiting customers in their homes and installing simple equipment (full training provided). Providing compassionate and empathetic care for our customers' overall wellbeing. Who We’re Looking For: Professional and Pleasant: Confidence on the phone and a positive demeanour Hardworking and Proactive: Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude. Team Player: Genuine team players who are quick learners. A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role.
