This role offers the chance to work within a professional team, assisting with the growth of the lettings business while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants Generating new business opportunities and supporting instruction growth Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person Progressing tenancies from offer through to completion Delivering consistently high levels of customer service What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional approach with clients Excellent customer service and organisational skills Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset Well-presented and articulate Knowledge of the Haywards Heath area advantageous Full UK driving licence and own car essential What's In It For You?
