Contracts Manager is required a specialist Piling Contractor based in the heart of County Down. Your new role
Joining a stable team, as Contracts Manager you will report directly to the Contracts Director and work alongside other management teams. This role will see you take on responsibility for multiple projects ranging in size and value, focusing specifically on bespoke piling contracts across the UK & Ireland. This role will see you primarily based in their modern offices in County Down. You will manage client expectations, sit on tender and progress meetings, work closely with design andmercial teams, and ensure each project is carried out to the highest standard and quality, while ensuring safe practices are maintained by your site teams.With some travel required, you will be afforded the chance to manage your own diary and carry out site visits as required, which involve minimal travel outside of Ireland.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require a driven individual who has experience of working within the civil engineering sector, and ideally has civil, construction or mechanical qualifications.You will be able tomute to the office in County Down and travel if required (no overnights). If you have experience of piling or supervising piling work, that would be advantageous, but exposure to civils work will be essential. You will also be required to have experience of planning work and, ideally, have used ASTA Powerproject, however other planning software will still be considered.Suited to amitted and driven individual who can organise works, and manage multiple projects, the right individual will be well rewarded for their time and efforts.
