You joined a team and learnt your trade and you were given the opportunity to learn, grow and show off your new-found skills.
Fast forward to today and you’ve grown comfortable with the numbers, the spreadsheets and the technical jargon. You’re no longer asking how things work and you’re able to spot a potential cost overrun from a mile away. You’ve become an invaluable ally to the Senior QS and help to keep everything on track.
