In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Your creativity and enthusiasm will inspire a love for learning in our youngest learners while building strong partnerships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that meet the educational needs of children ages 0-5.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that stimulates children's curiosity and creativity.
* Encourage children's exploration and learning through play-based activities and hands-on experiences.
* Build strong relationships with children and families, maintaining open communication regarding children's development and progress.
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's growth and development, adapting educational approaches as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to early childhood education.
* Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and actively participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
* Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Creativity and a passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
