Receptionist / Front of House

Location: Eynsham area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to join a growing, technology-led engineering business. Operating at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, the company delivers high-performance components and solutions to industries where precision and quality are critical.

This is a busy and varied role at the heart of the business, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front office within a structured and fast-paced environment.

The Role

As the face of the business, you’ll be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, while keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Meeting and greeting visitors, clients, and suppliers

* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries

* Coordinating visitor access, sign-in procedures, and meeting room bookings

* Handling post, deliveries, and general office coordination

* Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area

* Acting as a central point of communication across departments

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, personable, and thrives in a busy, professional environment.

You’ll ideally have:

* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role

* Experience working in a busy, structured office or corporate environment

* Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders and visitors daily

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
