Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Technician
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Benefits

Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in, or exposure to, the following:
* IT support experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Windows Server (2016-2025)
* Windows 10 & 11
* macOS
* GPO, DNS & DHCP
* Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365
* Active Directory
* Hyper-V / VMware
* Firewalls, VPN implementation and configuration
* Sophos AV and Endpoint Encryption
* SharePoint Online
* Microsoft Office (2010-2016)
* Knowledge of Linux systems (desirable)
About You
* Personable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to manage your own workload effectively
* Confident working both remotely and on-site with clients
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' IT support experience (or equivalent capability)
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car (site visits required; mileage reimbursed)
