As marketing executive, you'll contribute to and develop their marketing strategy, plan and implement the activity needed to help them achieve their business goals.
On-site Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Write engaging copy content for website pages and email (through MailChimp)
2. Produce creative content, including blog posts.
3. Working with Procurement and Technical to routinely maintain and refresh the website content through Wordpress CMS
4. Engage and post frequently on all Social Media channels especially Instagram and develop LinkedIn to maintain a current cross platform presence.
5. Write and proofread marketing copy for social media, website, emails and campaigns
6. Create, deliver and drive digital marketing campaigns using relevant and fit for purpose platforms appropriate to our current and future customer base
7. Monitor all marketing campaign progress & assess the results to ascertain ROI
8. Create awareness of and develop our brand.
9. Collaborate with Procurement and Quality Assurance to produce the main and seasonal brochures (Valentines/Easter/Mothering Sunday & Christmas)
10. Create communications on the back of approved promotions, short-dated stock and/or excess stock
11. Work with Procurement, Quality Assurance and The Bespoke Assembly Room to ensure creation of NPD brochures/flyers and providing samples and briefing the sales teams.
12. Feedback on competitor activity (products & services), monitor, analyse and recommend market trends
13. Investigate PR opportunities, including but not limited to partnerships with industry associations, suggest press release content to drive PR on new products and events
14. Develop relationships with press and media to raise awareness of our unique products.
15. Support with management of an event calendar that can be communicated to the wider business
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
16. Experience of WordPress CMS, Photoshop, Indesign, Canva and MailChimp and any other digital platforms including social media.
17. Ideally a degree which includes marketing.
18. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
19. Experience in managing the delivery of marketing communications through various channels – print, digital, e-marketing, websites, and social media.
20. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
21. Ability to bring fresh ideas to solve problems.
22. Strong planning and project management skills
23. Proficiency in relevant applications including Microsoft Office and Acrobat.
24. A desire to learn and develop new skills.
