£92.56 - £105 per day (PAYE) | Full-time | Long-term | 1:1 Support Roles
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils on a 1:1 basis in a specialist setting?
A highly regarded special school in the Warrington area is looking to recruit Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs. These roles are primarily 1:1 positions, supporting students who require consistent, tailored support throughout the school day.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
* Supporting students with SEN, including complex needs
* Helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines
* Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams
* Creating a supportive, structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with SEN or additional needs
* Background as a:
o Teaching Assistant
o Support Worker
o Care Worker
* A patient, calm and consistent approach
* Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
