A bout the Role Come and join us as a Retail Host! (Vending) Working across our Theme Park and Hotels, you'll be responsible for stock replenishment and maintaining our estate of vending machines. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products available for sale, including their features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively assist guests in making informed purchasing decisions. Sales and Transactions: Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments, and issuing receipts as needed. Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of our vending machines, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring all products are properly labelled and priced. Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction. Promotions and Upselling: Actively promote special offers, discounts, and promotions to guests, while also identifying opportunities to upsell additional products to enhance the guest experience. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, cash handling, and security protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow Retail Hosts and other team members to achieve shared goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities to expand your product knowledge, improve your customer service skills, and enhance your overall performance as a Retail Host (Vending).
