An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding customer service team working at our Membury Depot.

About the role:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
* Stock reconciliation process
* Balancing receipts with sales
* Accounting for the movement of fuel
* Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
* Liaising with other departments
* Raise tickets for fuel orders
* Take payments over the phone
* Process group orders
* Transfer tickets to other depots
* Cover for raising repeat order tickets
* Covering other duties as and when required
* Saturday 1/2 day working required on a rota basis (overtime paid)
