Responsibilities
* Managing product listings across our ecommerce platform with precision and pace
* Optimising product data, pricing, and categorisation to drive sales and improve discoverability
* Collaborating with buying, marketing, and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy and promotional readiness
* Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to keep ECatering ahead of the curve
* Supporting new product launches with compelling copy and merchandising strategy
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in ecommerce merchandising or product content management
* A sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of commercial priorities
* Confidence working with spreadsheets, CMS platforms, and product feeds
* A proactive mindset—ready to spot opportunities and solve problems fast
* Bonus points for experience in B2B retail, catering equipment, or agentic commerce environments
