Payroll Administrator: Belfast Area
Temporary (up to 3 months, potential extension) | Full-time | £dependent on experience | Office-based
REED Accountancy is delighted to be working with a brilliant organisation in Belfast in the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis (3-months).
Responsibilities
* Preparation of weekly and monthly timesheet information
* Collating payroll information for an external provider
* Communicate with employees in a professional manner.
* Liaise closely with other departments on a daily basis.
* Preparation of ad-hoc reports when required.
Qualifications
* 1 + years payroll administration experience
* Strong knowledge of computer-based presentation software especially MS Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* Good time management skills with the ability to turn work around quickly and accurately.
* Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
