We have a great opportunity for a career minded DGM to support our Eastern Region providing short term cover in a variety of pubs while building skills and knowledge, working towards a permanent assignment. You must be a driver with access to independent transport and ideally living in Berkshire or surrounding area.

* Willing to work in a number of different Houses providing DGM support where required
* A driver with access to independent transport
* Knowledgeable about quality food and drink with an eye for detail

* Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
* Able to commit to support the GM in supporting the business and building a great team

Previous experience and knowledge of supervising high volume hospitality operations with a busy food profile is essential.
