Good understanding of mental health issues and services

Experience in accommodation:based services with positive outcomes

Skilled in managing and developing staff teams

Leading service delivery and working with the Area Service Manager

Building relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies

Monitoring service performance and achieving KPIs
:
Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
:
Recruiting, managing, and developing staff
:
Flexible working hours based on service needs
:
Responsible for health and safety within the service

Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a mental health service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem:solving skills

Travel is a requirement of the role; therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
