An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a discreet, professional, and experienced Housekeeper and Estate Gardener couple to join a private family estate located on the outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk. The property is a Grade I listed manor house, set within approximately 76 acres of beautiful formal gardens, wild meadows, woodland, and parkland.
This is a long-term, live-in role offering the opportunity to work in a truly stunning environment, supporting a respectful and appreciative family who are seeking dedicated professionals to help maintain their home and grounds to the very highest standards.

Shift & Schedule: Mon-Fi
Responsibilities
Housekeeper Responsibilities (minimum 3 Days/Week and to include Fridays):
* High-level cleaning and care of the main residence, including antiques, fine furnishings, and delicate surfaces
* Daily housekeeping duties: vacuuming, dusting, polishing, floor and window cleaning
* Bed changing and care of fine linens
* Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
* Kitchen upkeep, pantry organisation
* Occasional assistance with entertaining and guest preparation
* Managing cleaning supplies and ensuring household is impeccably presented at all times
Estate Gardener Responsibilities (Minimum 4 Days/Week and to include Fridays)
* Care and maintenance of formal gardens including herbaceous borders, topiary, rose beds, and ornamental lawns
* Use and maintenance of a range of garden machinery, including tractors, ride-on mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers
* Seasonal planting, propagation, and greenhouse care
* Pruning, weeding, mulching, and general upkeep of garden structures and pathways
* Woodland and meadow management, tree care, and basic estate maintenance
* Responsibility for garden planning and development in consultation with the estate owners
* Management of composting and eco-friendly practices
* Occasional assistance with events or seasonal duties around the estate
The Ideal Couple Will Have
* Previous experience working on a private estate or in a similar formal setting
* A solid understanding of high-end housekeeping standards and formal garden maintenance
* A trustworthy, discreet, and proactive approach
* Clean UK driving licences
* Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
