What’s in it for you? * Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm - 40 hours per week * Salary: £31,175 plus commission * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Holiday buy and sell scheme * Access to a company pension * Life assurance * Regular team social events * Health and wellbeing programme * Cycle to work scheme * Employee discounts * Free on-site parking * Career development and training Sales Account Manager Responsibilities: * Resolve incoming customer enquiries, handling queries with the utmost professionalism * Maximise sales opportunities by regularly liaising with existing customers and promoting the full product base * Identify further business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers, undertaking market research, and keeping up to date with market trends * Create in-depth sales quotations according to customer needs, and follow up on outstanding quotes * Undertake sales administration tasks and ensure customer data is maintained and updated * Make a positive contribution to the team by offering your support to the wider sales team Sales Account Manager Skills and Experience: * Previous experience gained within a Sales role, either as a Sales Account Manager or a Sales Administrator, who is looking to take a step up * Has a good understanding of sales processes and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask * Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels and influence * Target-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving results and surpassing expectations * Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
