About the Role: As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging curriculum that sparks creativity and develops artistic skills. Job Responsibilities: Plan and deliver inspiring lessons in visual arts, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain and manage art resources and displays. Contribute to school-wide art exhibitions, workshops, or extracurricular activities. Job Requirements: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Art or a Fine Art, Visual Arts, or a related subject. Experience delivering Art education to learners of varying ages or key stages. Strong knowledge of art history, techniques, and creative pedagogy. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and active participation. Skilled in classroom management and fostering positive pupil behaviour. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
