We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our busy school office at Nether Stowe School. This is a key role, ensuring the smooth and professional running of our administrative services and providing vital support to students, parents/carers, staff and external stakeholders. In this role, you’ll lead and manage the administration team while overseeing the school’s information systems and statutory data reporting. You will be responsible for the Single Central Record (SCR), working closely with HR and payroll to support safer recruitment and compliance processes. As the school's named GDPR contact, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding data and supporting school-wide compliance. You'll also contribute to promoting the school through effective communications, enhance office systems, and support the development of a high-performing, well-organised administrative team.
