Overview
The Department of Land Economy and the Cambridge Real Estate Research Centre (CRERC) invite applications for the position of CRERC and MSt Business Office Coordinator (maternity cover). This is a key role at the centre of two high-profile MSt programmes and the activities of the Research Centre, offering an opportunity for a highly organised, self-motivated, and committed administrator to make a significant contribution to the work of the Department.
Responsibilities
* Support the academic and operational management of the MSt in Real Estate and the MSt in Climate, Environmental and Urban Policy, including coordinating multiple cohorts.
* Work closely with the Centre Director, Programme Directors, and colleagues across the Business Office to ensure effective delivery of programmes and centre activities.
* Provide financial oversight, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
* Act as the principal point of contact for students from admission through to graduation, providing professional and empathetic support.
* Liaise with academic staff, administrative colleagues, Colleges, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and coordination across programmes and the Centre.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
* Strong administration and financial management capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.

* Temporary maternity cover: 1 year or until the return of the post holder, whichever is earlier.
* Post available immediately.
