Job Overview
Prestwick Aerosystems manufactures aircraft wing structures for Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide. The Enterprise Application Support Specialist will support the operation, governance, and improvement of key enterprise IT systems used across the Prestwick site and associated locations, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and meet business needs.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main site focal point for enterprise application support, governance and change activity.
* Coordinate system support, escalation and minor development activity, including third-party suppliers where applicable.
* Lead or support enterprise system change projects, including requirements capture, testing, and implementation.
* Monitor system performance, data integrity, access controls and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT systems supporting manufacturing or business operations.
* Experience supporting application governance, system change or continuous improvement activity.
* Experience working with third-party IT suppliers or managed service providers.
* A relevant IT or engineering qualification, or equivalent experience.
