Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Client Liaison to join our team on-site at our Haywards Heath office. In this role, you will handle day-to-day client communications, onboard clients into the database, answer queries, assist with account management tasks, and ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the accounting team to provide excellent support and build strong client relationships. Administrative duties and involvement in client onboarding processes will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Experience in client relationship management, customer service, or administrative roles.
* Organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work on-site in our Haywards Heath office.
* Enthusiasm for working with small business owners and supporting their financial success.
* Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
