Work for a high profile company playing a pivotal role in the transformation of their Portfolio Management function, driving the shift to a centralised delivery model. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to shape and maintain a strategic roadmap, improve demand management processes, and ensure an integrated portfolio plan. You will also oversee corporate performance to ensure alignment with agreed delivery plans. This is a 12 month Fixed term Contract with 2 day minimum hybrid working in Reading each week. What the role will be doing: Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership. Oversee execution of roadmap activities, tracking performance and providing prioritisation insights. Manage and integrate the portfolio plan, including inflight work, with regular performance reporting. Facilitate reviews of corporate performance to ensure alignment with delivery goals. Lead portfolio change management through planning cycles and governance processes. Present clear, data-driven insights and dashboards to demonstrate delivery progress. Own the configuration and support of project management tools. Champion a transparent, collaborative, and values-led working culture. Experience needed: Proven experience in portfolio management roles An extensive background in building and aligning strategic roadmaps Strong on portfolio management - prioritisation and integrating plans Strong track record in project financial accounting and reporting Solid understanding of risk management frameworks
