The Project Manager, within the PMO will play a pivotal role in delivering the Healthier Futures Programme by providing robust project management and governance support across all workstreams. This position ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives, while maintaining compliance with organisational standards and best practice.
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides comprehensive hospital and community services for East Cheshire (population 399K) and West Cheshire and Chester (population 357K). Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
* Oversee business case development to HM Treasury Green Book, NHSE, and NHP guidance standards.
* Monitor progress, escalate risks, and facilitate governance meetings.
* Produce high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
* Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
* Champion continuous improvement and best practice in project management.
