Job Title: Learning Administrator Salary: £24,000 per annum Contract: Full Time Permanent Location: Hybrid: Reading & Homebased The Business Continuity Institute (BCI) is the world-leading professional association for business continuity and resilience professionals with more than 9,000 members in over 100 countries. Our Learning department creates and manages Business Continuity and Resilience training courses and works with our Learning Training Partners (LTP’s) globally to deliver these. We’re looking for a Learning Administrator to provide high quality administrative, customer service and logistical support in the delivery of the BCI’s global Training and Education Programme for Certification, Training Courses and Products. Key Accountabilities Manage the end-to-end process of all training courses, including and not limited to: Reviewing, approving with Senior Learning Manager, scheduling, booking and tracking Training Partner/Corporate Partner courses. Requesting and chasing rosters for uploading onto CRM. Requesting future Training Partner delegate numbers, Processing online-exam bookings and registrations. Processing and despatching exam-results. Raising, tracking and following up on all invoices for Training Partners, In-house Corporate Training and Approved Instructors. Dealing with all Education and Training related enquiries. Managing SharePoint for allocation of training materials to Training Partners. Learning team administrative tasks including but not limited to First port of call for email and telephone enquiries Schedule international meetings with LTP’s Collate delegate feedback Maintain delegate data Support with team projects Process BCI shop orders Skills The ideal candidate will: Have excellent administration skills Have excellent customer service skills Have excellent IT skills including MS Software packages: Outlook, Dynamics CRM, Excel, Word, Teams and Adobe Acrobat Be highly organised with good time management skills and ability to prioritise Have an ability to manage competing demands with professional courtesy and diplomacy Have a high standard of written and verbal communications as well as cultural awareness Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy with regards to data entry Salary and Benefits Competitive Salary 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Your Birthday off Pension Life Assurance Income Protection Scheme Health Cash Plan Employee Assistance Programme PerkBox Retail Discounts Wellbeing Hub Certified Great Place to Work company This is a full time position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
