Your new role
You’ll take ownership of international sales, managing distributor relationships and driving market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The role involves attending global industry events, supporting partners with training and motivation, and aligning sales efforts with internal product and marketing teams. Expect up to 50% travel and regular on-site collaboration when not on the road.
What you'll need to succeed
 1. 5+ years of international sales experience in medical devices
 2. Proven success managing distributors and navigatingplex sales cycles
 3. Experience selling capital equipment (not consumables)
 4. A proactive, resilient mindset with strongmunication and stakeholder skills
 5. Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site when not travelling
