SC Cleared Digital Product Manager (Defence)
Locations: Bristol, London, Manchester
Role Overview: Deliver impactful change with our defence sector digital clients, working alongside senior leaders across the military services. You will be responsible for product quality and value, with a focus on identifying, implementing, and improving strategies and tactics for defence digital products. This role may involve recruiting and managing product professionals, ensuring the right skills are hired, supported, and developed.
IMPORTANT: Due to the sensitive nature of these projects you must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC).
Qualifications
* Defence Sector Experience: Recent experience in the Defence industry (public or private) supporting change initiatives, with awareness of the 2025 Strategic Defence Review.
* DDaT Specialist Role Competency: Proven capability supporting digital change and a confident practitioner in one or more of the DDaT‑defined delivery roles listed above (level 3‑4).
* Full Project Lifecycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of a complete digital delivery and project management lifecycle.
* Agile Delivery Experience: Ability to integrate rapidly into high‑performing teams, assume suitable Agile roles, and support successful digital transformation projects.
* Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel to UK client sites as required.
* Desirable – Experience working directly with Defence Digital or military commands.
* Desirable – Project Management qualifications (APM PMQ, Agile, Scrum) with full‑lifecycle experience.
* Desirable – Systems Modelling & Architecture expertise (e.g., TOGAF, NAF).
* Desirable – Data Tools proficiency (e.g., Palantir, Google Cloud).
