Dateline Imports is a Hairdressing and beauty products supplier, wholesaler/distributor, and manufacturer. We have been in business for 47 years and have branches in Auckland, Sydney, Christchurch, and Perth.
We are seeking a multi-skilled Customer Service professional to support our fun and dynamic sales team. Your primary role will be as a Customer Service Representative in our retail store, where you will serve customers in person and answer calls from our sales team and customers.
You would thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to ensure that every customer feels valued and satisfied with the service they receive. Your role
1. Manage telephone calls and emails to ensure we deliver sales orders in full and on time to our customers.
2. Handle and resolve customer inquiries/returns via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Maintain exceptional customer service relationships.
4. Assist the sales field team.
5. Provide assistance to our walk-in commercial customers in our retail store.
To be considered for the role:
* Excellent customer service attitude with a focus on delivering a fantastic customer experience.
* Relevant skills in computer and website systems are preferable; however, complete training will be provided.
* Previous hairdressing industry experience is a big bonus as these are predominantly our customers.
* Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.
