We welcome applications from experienced qualified SEN teachers (QTS or equivalent) as well as talented individuals who may be unqualified but possess a strong passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a desire to develop their skills in this rewarding area. Comprehensive support and professional development will be provided for unqualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Working with students across the school with a variety of special educational needs, including: Learning Difficulties (e.g., Dyslexia, Dyspraxia) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Providing differentiated instruction and support within the classroom. Delivering targeted interventions and small group support. Monitoring and assessing student progress and providing feedback. Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies. Contributing to the school's SEN policy. Maintaining accurate records. Creating an inclusive learning environment. For unqualified candidates: a commitment to professional development and training.The Ideal Candidate (Qualified): Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
