The Role Monday to Friday 0830-1700 To ensure quality standards are maintained to customer expectations. To manage finished product shelf life sample assessment and trend reporting. To manage & conduct training as per site requirements To conduct quality checks on incoming materials To conduct quality panels / log and report quality issues to the team To conduct sample collection & delivery to customers To complete online quality control & paperwork verification checks To manage daily/weekly/monthly factory paperwork archive To conduct temperature monitoring checks Support NPD trials on line To provide support (including process controls) to production To investigate customer complaints and production non-conformances as they arise for the site. To maintain control & issue of miscellaneous food safety items(e.g., Plasters, cable ties, pens, markers, ear defenders etc.) To conduct pre-production swabbing checks - Allergen rapid and ATP To manage the site training matrix & identify training requirements. To conduct ongoing training including procedure updates & relevant team briefs Manage Monthly Technical report generation Any other duties as required. Qualifications Food related qualification Familiar with BRC Management of Site Customer based audits Internal Auditing qualification The Person 3rd level Education Graduate Calibre Experience working in a FMCG manufacturing environment Familiar with BRC /FSSC22000 standards Understanding of Quality Management Systems Management of Site Customer based audits Experienced using Microsoft packages Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to liaise with people (internal and external) across all levels Strong organisational skills Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team High level of literacy and numeracy skills Must be flexible Skills: FMCG Graduate NPD
