About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. Working 1:1 or in small groups to deliver tailored learning support. Assisting with behaviour management and promoting emotional well-being. Collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to implement education plans. Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. What is an SEN School?
