Your Role
Kitchen Assistant — you’re not just part of the show, you’re the heartbeat behind it. From keeping the kitchen spotless to supporting chefs with prep and presentation, your attention to detail ensures every shift runs smoothly. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and support the wider team to deliver service that hits all the right notes.
No experience? That’s fine. What matters is enthusiasm, teamwork, and a genuine love of food. We’ll provide all the training you need so you’re ready to contribute from day one.
Evening and weekend availability is essential — when the action’s live and the energy’s high.
