They’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead both the SRE and Platform Engineering teams. The role of an EM for this business is hands off, focused on People, Process & Operations - a true servant leader.
This is a key leadership role focused on enabling fast, safe and scalable delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading two core teams: Site Reliability Engineering & Platform Engineering
* Coaching and developing engineers across delivery, culture, and growth
* Driving core platform initiatives CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, DevEx
* Shaping how product teams build, ship and operate software
* Creating the conditions for high performance, autonomy, and accountability

We’re looking for someone who:
* Has managed high-performing SRE or Platform Engineering teams
* Understands modern infrastructure and developer tooling

* Can balance people, process, and platform vision
